中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗盆腔炎临床观察

目的系统性评价中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月于沈阳市妇婴医院妇科病房住院并接受治疗的盆腔炎患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用常规用药联合穴位贴敷治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合中药灌肠治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、复发率及临床疗效变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分(3.15±1.23),复发率3.33%(1/30),总有效率93.33%(28/30)。对照组中医证候积分(8.26±3.21),复发率20.00%(6/30),有效率83.33%(25/30),试验组均优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷治疗可有效改善女性患者生殖系统防御能力,促进盆腔血液循环,提高局部血药浓度,活血化瘀,消肿止痛,散结除湿作用,显著提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Drug Application on Patients with Pelvic Inflammation

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with drug application on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Sixty patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs combined with acupoint application.Thirty patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.Results After clinical treatment,the test group was superior to the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint sticking treatment can effectively improve the reproductive system defense ability of female patients.The combination of treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
