家庭签约医生绩效考核现状与对策分析

摘    要:我国家庭医生绩效管理主要为政府主导,因为相关政策起步相对较晚,目前无论是国家还是地方,都尚且处在一个尝试摸索的阶段,还没有形成一个完备统一的考核体系。本文中,笔者将对现阶段我国家庭医生绩效考核相关制度及进展现状进行阐述,同时关于我国医生绩效考核机制存在的问题,提出针对性建议,为优化我国家庭医生签约制度提供参考。

Abstract:The performance management of family doctors in China is mainly dominated by the government. Because the relevant policies started relatively late, both at the national and local levels, they are still in a stage of trial and error, and a complete and unified assessment system has not yet been formed. In this paper, the author will expound the relevant system and current status of the performance appraisal of family doctors in China at the present stage, and put forward targeted suggestions on the existing problems of the performance appraisal mechanism of Chinese doctors, so as to provide references for optimizing the contract system of Chinese contracted family doctors.
