中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水66例

目的观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法选取确诊为肝硬化并发腹水患者66例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组30例给予西药常规治疗，治疗组36例，在对照组的基础上结合中药治疗。观察两组治疗后临床症状、体征、肝功能、影像学、腹水消退时间和程度，远期随访疗效。结果治疗组在缓解临床症状与体征、改善肝功能及影像学结果、缩短腹水消退时间、提高腹水消退程度、降低远期腹水复发率等方面均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水，对比单纯西医治疗，可明显提高疗效，有效改善肝功能，加速腹水消退，远期疗效较好。

Integrative Medicine Cirrhosis Clinical Study of 66 Cases

Objective To observe the Integrative Medicine cirrhosis clinical efficacy. Methods Patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis with ascites, 66 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and the control group of 30 patients given conventional western medicine treatment group 36 cases in the control group given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy. Results The treatment group in relieving clinical symptoms and signs, improve liver function and radiographic outcomes, reduce ascites time, improve the degree of ascites sub- sided, reducing the long - term recurrence rate of ascites were better than the control group. Conclusion Integrative Medicine cirrhosis, compared to Western medicine alone, can significantly improve the efficacy, improve liver function, accelerate aseites subsided, long- term effect is better.
