火龙灸治疗月经过少的临床研究

目的观察火龙灸治疗月经过少的临床效果。方法将50例月经过少患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组进行火龙灸治疗,在月经前5~7 d治疗,每日1次,对照组按月经周期口服戊酸雌二醇+地屈孕酮片。2组都进行3个月经周期的治疗,治疗结束后对比月经量、子宫内膜厚度及血清雌二醇(E2)水平。结果2组患者月经量情况均明显好转,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.280)。2组患者血清E2水平明显高于治疗前,但对照组治疗后血清E2水平高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2组患者子宫内膜厚度明显厚于治疗前(P<0.001),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.168)。结论火龙灸治疗月经过少临床疗效显著,与西医疗法相比疗效基本相当。

Clinical Study on Huolong Moxibustion in the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huolong moxibustion on hypomenorrhea.Methods 50 patients with hypomenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huolong moxibustion,5-7 days before menstruation,once a day,while the control group was treated with estradiol valerate and progesterone tablets according to menstrual cycle.Both groups were treated with 3 menstrual cycles.After treatment,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and serum estrogen level were compared.Results The menstrual volume of the two groups were significantly improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.280).The serum E2 level of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,but the serum E2 level of the control group after treatment was higher than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The endometrial thickness of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.0001),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.168).Conclusion Huolong moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on menorrhea,which is basically equivalent to that of western medicine.
