参松养心胶囊联合茶碱缓释片治疗窦性心动过缓50例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨参松养心胶囊联合茶碱缓释片治疗症状性窦性心动过缓患者的有效性。方法：选取窦性心动过缓100例患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组使用茶碱缓释片100mg，每日两次；治疗组使用茶碱缓释片lOOmg，每日两次，参松养心胶囊3粒，每日三次。治疗2周。结果：治疗组有效率为90％，对照组有效率为72％，两组间比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），治疗组患者心率提高、症状改善程度优于对照组（P〈0．05），不良反应无明显差异。结论：参松养心胶囊联合茶碱缓释片治疗症状性窦性心动过缓患者临床有效。

Investigate the Clinical Efficacy of Treatment of Fifty Sinus Bradycardia by Shensong Yangxin Capsules Combined with Theophylline Sustained- release Tablets

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of symptomatic sinus bradycardia by Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with theophylline sustained- release tablets. Methods Select 100 patients with symptomatic sinus bradycardia treated in our outpatient and in - patient department from 2009 to 2012 as the study object. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with theophylline sustained - release tablets （ 100mg twice each day）. The treatment group was treated with theophylline sustained - release tablets （ 100mg twice each day） and Shensong Yangxin capsule （ three capsules three times each day）. Both groups were treated for two weeks. Results The effective rate was 90% in the treated group and that of the control group was 72%. It was a significant difference between the two groups （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of raising heart rate and improving clinical symptoms in treat group was significant better than the control group （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse reactions was not significant difference. Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of treating symptomatic sinus bradycardia by Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with theophylline sustained -release tablets is effective.
