摘    要:缺血再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)是创伤、扩血管药物治疗、溶栓治疗、介入治疗、器官移植和休克复苏治疗后再损伤的主要病理基础。I/R引起的微循环障碍是包括过氧化物产生、血管内皮细胞损伤、细胞粘附增多、血浆白蛋白漏出、肥大细胞脱颗粒、炎性因子释放等复杂的病理变化过程。对微循环障碍某一环节进行干预的传统疗法,并没有取得满意的临床疗效。 丹参作为活血中药,临床上广泛地用于心脑肝肾等脏器血瘀的治疗。近年来的基础研究结果表明丹参可以多环节地改善微循环障碍,在预防和治疗微循环障碍和靶器官损伤方面有着重要的应用前景。本文,重点介绍丹参对缺血再灌注引起的微循环障碍和靶器官损伤的多环节改善作用。

Abstract:Ischemia and reperfusion (I/R) makes a prime pathological basis for the injuries originated from trauma,thrombol- ysis,precutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty,organ transplantation,and hypovolemic shock with resuscitation.
