论现代中药药理学的发展与评价体系

本文通过分析中药药理学在中药现代化中的重要作用，指出中药药理研究的问题主要是学科发展滞后，研究人员知识结构不合理，整体研究水平不高，资金投入不足，作者较系统地提出了相应对策，其内容包括加速学科自身建设，加强人才培养，建立人才培训和研究基地，更新观念，调整思路，加强学科合作，加大投入，改善科研条件，引入高新技术，建立中药药理评价体系。

Promotion of Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine through Development of Pharmacology of it

This article analyzes the important role of the pharmacology of traditional Chinese drugs (TCD) in the modernization of them and points out that the main difficulties in the research of pharmacology of TCD lie in the development of the discipline at a low level, illogical knowledge structure of researchers, rather low research level as a whole and inadequate investment of funds. Countermeasures put forward in the article include accelerating the development of the discipline itself, strengthening the fostering of talents, setting up bases for the training of talents and researchers, updating the conception and rectifying the thinking of researchers and administrators, strengthening the cooperation of this discipline and others and, increasing investments so as to improve the conditions of research, introducing high and new technologies and building a evaluation system of pharmacology of TCD. In so doing, the advantages and features of traditional Chinese medicine itself would be brought into full play in order to adapt itself to modernization.
