益心升率方治疗阳气亏虚型窦性心动过缓28例临床观察

目的观察益心升率方治疗阳气亏虚型窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法将49例阳气亏虚型窦性心动过缓随机分为2组,治疗组28例予益心升率方,对照组21例予特布他林,疗程均为4周,观察2组治疗前后主要症状积分、疗效指数、平均即刻心率、24 h总心率及临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后症状总积分和疗效指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后症状总积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为75.00%,对照组总有效率为90.48%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组疗效优于治疗组。治疗组发生不良反应例数明显少于对照组。结论益心升率方治疗阳气亏虚型窦性心动过缓疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical observation of recipe of benefiting heart for ascending on the treatment of patients with Yang Qi deficiency sinus bradycardia

Objective To investigate the effect of recipe of benefiting heart for ascending on the treatment of Yang Qi deficiency sinus bradycardia.Methods 49 cases of Yang Qi deficiency sinus bradycardia were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group（n=28） received recipe of benefiting heart for ascending.Control group（n=21） received Terbutalin.The course was four weeks in two groups.The main symptom scores before and after treatment,the efficacy index,the average immediate heart rate,24 h total heart rate and clinical efficacy were observed.Results There was no significant difference between two groups on total symptom score and the efficacy index after treatment（P0.05）.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on total symptom score,the average immediate heart rate and 24 h total heart rate in two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on the average immediate heart rate and 24 h total heart rate after treatment（P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group（75.00%） was lower than that in control group（90.48%,P0.05）.Conclusion Recipe of benefiting heart for ascending has positive efficacy and low adverse events on Yang Qi deficiency sinus bradycardia.
