| 摘 要： | 焦虑症,中医将其归于情志病范畴。其临床表现为心神不宁、惊恐不安、精神紧张、失眠等,与"惊悸""不寐""郁证"等相关。其病因病机主要体现在心—肝—肾轴上,肝郁化火是病机关键,气血不足、阴虚火旺是病理转归。治疗应以肝肾二脏为要,以疏肝、清心和滋肾为基本法则,重视气滞、痰凝、血郁等病理变化。

| Abstract: | Anxiety disorders belong to emotional disease category based on the TCM theory, which are manifested as restless- ness, panic anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, etc. They am associated with ＂fright＂, ＂insomnia＂,＂ melancholia＂, and their pathogenesis is mainly embodied in heartliver-kidney axis. Pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-qi is the main pathogenesis of anxiety disorders, the pathological outcomes include the deficiency of qi and blood and fire excess from yin deficiency. The treatment should concentrate on liver and kidney. So soothing the liver, clearing heart-fire and nourishing kidney are the basic principles of treatment. And pathological changes as qi stagnation, stagnation of phlegm and blood stag- nancy should be taken seriously. |
