摘    要:目的优化解毒通络益肾浓缩丸的提取工艺。方法采用响应面曲线分析法,以处方中的有效成分大黄酸、大黄素含量为响应值,优化提取工艺。结果采用响应面曲线法对17批供试品进行分析,确定最佳提取工艺为8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h。结论优化后的解毒通络益肾浓缩丸提取工艺操作简单、重复性好、稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jiedu Tongluo Yishen concentrated pill.Methods Response surface curve analysis was used to optimize the extraction process with the content of rhein and emodin as the index.Results Response surface curve method was used to analyze 17 batches of samples,and the best extraction process was determined as water of 8 times,2 decoction times,1.5 h each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Jiedu Tongluo Yishen concentrated pill is simple,repeatable,stable and feasible.
