| 摘 要： | 知情同意权是患者的一项基本权利,是为了保护患者的弱势地位而被提出来的。然而对于癌症患者,许多人认为对患者本人隐瞒真实病情才是对其真正的保护。很显然,这种做法与患者所拥有的基本权利相矛盾,所以癌症患者的知情同意权就成了备受争议的话题。那么在临床上遇到癌症病人,医生到底要不要告知实情？如若需要告知实情,医生又该如何告知才最为合适呢？就这些问题展开论述,希望能对医生在临床上处理癌症患者的病情告知有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Informed consent right is one of the basic rights of patients, which is brought out in order to protect the patients＂ vulnerable position. However, in tumor,many people consider that hiding the real status of patients is the real protection. Obviously, this fact has conflict to the basic rights of patients, so a cancer patient right of informed consent becomes a ~ontroversial topic. So should doctors inform the real status when facing cancer patients clinically？ If necessary, how the doctor inform to them is the most appropriate. This paper will disscuss these problems and help doctors to deal with cancer patients＂ informed consent. |
