465例自然流产患者中医体质类型分布特点的临床研究

目的：遵循＂治未病＂思想,在中医体质理论指导下,对465例自然流产患者孕前进行体质辨识,对其体质类型分布特点进行分析,以期为寻找新的干预性防治自然流产的方法提供了临床依据。方法：采用横断面调查方法对浙江省中医院生殖免疫专科门诊符合纳入标准的465例自然流产患者的体质进行分析。结果：平和质60例（12.90%）,单纯偏颇体质271例（58.28%）,兼夹偏颇体质134例（28.82%）。气虚质74（11.86%）,阳虚质198（31.73%）,气郁质101（16.19%）,阴虚质66（10.58%）,湿热质50（8.01%）,平和质60（9.62%）,血瘀质33（5.29%）,特禀质15（2.40%）,痰湿质27（4.33%）。结论：自然流产患者最常见的体质为阳虚质,其次为气郁质,与前期的临床研究的结果一致,为利用中医体质分型干预性防治自然流产提供了有效的临床依据。

Clinical Research of TCM Constitution Distribution Characteristics of Spontaneous Abortion Patients

Objective： According to the thought of preventive treatment of disease, under the guidance of the TCM constitution theory, to make constitution identification for spontaneous abortion patients, and then analyze the constitution distribution characteristics and to provied clinical evidence for finding the new intervening method to prevent treatment of spontaneous abortion. Method：The cross -sectional investigation method was used to analyze constitutions of 465 cases of spontaneous abortion patients from our hospital. Result ： There were 60 cases （ 12.90% ） of harmonious constitution, 271 cases （58.28%） of single - side constitution, 134 cases （28.82%） of mixed constitution. 74 cases （ 11.86% ） were Qi defi- ciency. 66 cases （ 10.58 % ）were Yin deficiency. 27 cases （4.33 % ）were phlegm and dampness. 198 cases （31.73 % ）were Yang deficiency. 101 cases（ 16.19% ） were Qi depression. 50 cases（8. 01% ） were dampness and heat. 33 cases（5.29% ） were blood stasis. 15 cases（2.40% ）were special constitution. Conclusion： The most common constitution of spontaneous abortion patients is Yang deficiency, secondly qi depression. The result is in good agreement with the early clinical research of the author, which provides effective clinical evidence for preventive treatment of spontaneous abortion by using constitution parting.
