通痹合剂对大鼠血象 肝肾功能及组织的影响

摘    要:目的:观察通痹合剂对大鼠血象、肝肾功能及组织的影响。方法:18只成熟雄性SD大鼠,随机分成两组,每组9只:对照组喂服生理盐水10mL.kg-1.d-1,给药组喂服合剂30g.kg-1.d-1,60天后处死。检测血WBC、RBC、HBG、PLT、ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr含量。光镜观察肝、肾组织形态学变化。结果:给药组血WBC、RBC、HBG、PLT、ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr含量与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。光镜下给药组肝肾组织未见异常变化。结论:一定剂量的通痹合剂对大鼠的血液系统、肝肾功能及组织无毒副作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Tong Bi Composition on hematological system and liver and renal functions and tissues in male rats.Methods:18 male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,9 in each group.The control group were given by normal saline at a dose of 10mL·kg-1·d-1,while the composition group were given Tong Bi Composition at a dose of 30g·kg-1·d-1.After 60 days,the rats were sacrificed.The level of WBC,RBC,HBG and PLT in blood as well as ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr in plasma were comparatively analyzed.The pathological changes in liver and renal tissues were observed by optical microscope.Results There were no statistical differences between the groups in the level of WBC,RBC,HBG and PLT in blood as well as ALT、AST、ALB、BUN、Cr in plasma(P〈0.05).There were no pathological changes observed by optical microscope in liver and renal tissues in the rats of composition group.Conclusion:Tong Bi Composition in a certain range of dose was not found to impair blood physiology,liver and kidney functions and tissues in rats.
