英蔻化浊解毒方对胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠GAS表达的影响

目的:研究英蔻化浊解毒方对胆汁反流性胃炎模型大鼠胃泌素(GAS)表达的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分成4组,分别为空白对照组、模型组、西药组、英蔻化浊解毒方组,每组15只。除正常组外,其余各组采用文献方法制造胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,每日1次,连续5周。各组大鼠从造模开始后第2周至第5周造模结束每天均灌胃给药。西药组给予吗丁啉蒸馏水混悬液,中药组给予英蔻化浊解毒方混悬液,其余各组给予蒸馏水,每次1.5 mL,每日1次。最后一次灌胃后禁食24 h将大鼠处死,取大鼠血清检测胃泌素含量,比较各组大鼠血清GAS含量的差异。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清胃泌素参数明显降低(P0.01);与模型组比较,西药组、中药组大鼠血清胃泌素参数明显升高(P0.01);与西药组比较,中药组大鼠血清胃泌素参数明显升高(P0.01)。结论:英蔻化浊解毒方治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的机制之一是升高血清胃泌素参数,且较吗丁啉为优。

To Investigate the Influence of Gastrin in Rats with Bile Reflux Gastritis by Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction

Objective： To investigate the affect of Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu on the gastrin （GAS） expression of the rats with bile reflux gastritis. Methods：60 rats were randomly divided into four groups：blank control group, model group,western medicine group and Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu group, with 15 ones of each group. The model rats with bile reflux gastritis were made by gavaging with the reflux liquid in 15mL/kg body weight for 5 weeks. The gavage lasted from the beginning of second week to the end of the fifth week. The western medicine group were given with the distilled water suspension of the domperidone, and the traditional Chinese medicine group were given with the suspension of Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu decoction, the others were given distilled water alone. All of them were gavaged 1.5ml per day. After 5 weeks,the rats were sacrificed ,then there serum were taken by detecting the level of GAS and comparing the difference of each group. Results： Comparing with blank control group , the gastrin of rats in the model group obviously decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Comparing with the model group , the gastrin of rats in the western medicine group and the Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu group obviously increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The gastrin of rats in the Yirtgkou Huazhuo Jiedu group obviously increased （ P 〈 0.01 ） compared with the medicine group. Conclusion：the The effective of Yingkou Huazhuo Jiedu on bile reflux gastritis was better than Domperi- done. The mechanism may be associated with the increasing of the content of GAS.
