| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨久泻宁颗粒对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎（UC）细胞凋亡的影响。方法：采用异种异体结肠黏膜组织致敏法结合三硝基苯磺酸（TNBS）／无水乙醇局部灌肠方法建立UC模型，将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组和久泻宁颗粒组，TUNEL染色方法检测结肠组织细胞凋亡，免疫组化学法检测Fas／Fas—L蛋白。结果：与正常组比较，模型组结肠组织凋亡细胞明显增多（P〈0．01），久泻宁颗粒治疗后，凋亡细胞数目明显减少（P〈0．01），并明显降低了凋亡相关调控蛋白Fas／Fas—L的表达（P〈0．01）。结论：久泻宁通过改善相关细胞凋亡蛋白的表达对大鼠UC模型有一定的治疗作用。
