| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加减天麻钩藤饮对高血压心脏病患者血压、心功能、心室重塑的影响。方法:将肝阳上亢型高血压心脏病患者64例随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服加减天麻钩藤饮。结果:治疗组在降压效果、心功能、心室重塑指标等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:加减天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压心脏病患者血压、心功能及心室重塑改善方面有良好作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of modified on blood pressure,heart function and cardiac ventricle remodeling in hypertensive heart disease.Method: 64 cases of Hypertensive heart disease with hyperactivity of liver-YANG type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases in the control group were treated by western routine therapy,34 cases in the treatment were treated by Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of western routine therapy used in the control group.Results: The effect of depressurization,indexes of heart function and cardiac ventricle remodeling in the treatment group were significantly superior to that in the control group.Conclusion: Modified Tianma Gouteng decoction was effective for blood pressure,heart function and cardiac ventricle remodeling Hypertensive heart disease with hyperactivity of liver-YANG type. |
