中医药治疗原发性高血压的系统评价

目的：系统评价中医药治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法：对中医药治疗原发性高血压的随机对照试验进行系统评价，数据采用专用软件RevMan4．2版进行统计分析。结果：9篇研究共655例患者满足纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示，中西结合治疗在降低收缩压方面优于西药（P=0．008）；中药治疗在降低收缩压方面优于西药（P=0．02）；中西结合治疗在降低舒张压方面优于西药（P=0．004）；中药治疗在降低舒张压方面与西药无统计学差异（P=0．10）；中西结合治疗有效率高于西药（P〈0．0001）；中药治疗在有效率方面与西药无统计学差异（P=0．43）。结论：中医药能有效降低收缩压和舒张压，提高有效率，中西结合治疗效果更佳。但由于纳人研究存在选择性偏倚和测量偏倚的可能性，尚不能充分肯定，需高质量的试验进一步证实。

Traditional Chinese Medicine for Essential Hypertension:A Systematic Review

Objective：To assess the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Essential Hypertension.Methods： To systematic reviews of medical treatment of essential hypertension randomized controlled trials, Data were analyzed using special software RevMan4.2. Results： 9 of 655 patients met the inclusion criteria. Meta analysis showed that Combination of Chinese and Western medicine is superior than Western medicine in lowering systolic blood pressure （P = 0.008 ）; Chinese medicine treatment was superior than Western medicine in lowering systolic blood pressure （P = 0.02）; Combination of Chinese and Western medicine is superior than Western medicine in reducing diastolic blood pressure （ P = 0.004）; Chinese medicine and western medicine in lowering diastolic blood pressure was no significant difference （P = 0.10）; Combination of Chinese and Western medicine are more efficient than Western medicine （ P 〈0.0001 ）; the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in there was no significant difference （ P = 0.43 ）. Conclusion：The results of this systematic review shows that Chinese medicine can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure, improve efficiency, Combination of Chinese and western medicine better. However, research into the existence of selection bias and measurement bias was, still not fully sure, high-quality trials need to be further confirmed.
