| 摘 要： | 目的]观察补肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法]将100例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服补肾活血法中药治疗。3个疗程后统计疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率为80.2%,与对照组组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组经治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)均显著下降,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论]补肾活血法结合常规西药治疗糖尿病肾病明显优于单纯常规西药治疗。
