| 摘 要： | 病机学说是中医学理论体系的组成部分之一,是中医基础理论和临床实践之间的纽带,在现有中医病机理论的基础上,通过深入研读中医古籍,提出了既具高度概括性又具普遍适用性的以"不通"、"不荣"、"不平"为主要内容的通路病机理论;并通过对《续名医类案》中相关病案的病机分析,进一步验证通路病机的高度概括性、普遍适用性和临床指导性。

| Abstract: | Pathogenesis theory was an important part of TCM theoretical system and was the link between TCM basic theory and clinical practice.
