刘伟胜教授辨治胰腺癌临证思路

This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor LIU Weisheng in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.The causes and mechanism of the disease include the six excesses,dietary irregularities,emotional disorders which lead to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach with liver-gallbladder disharmony,and gradually bring about the mixture of heat dampness,blood stasis,toxic substance,and deficiency.Its location is in the pancreas(spleen),closely relating to liver,gallbladder,spleen,stomach and kidney.The treatment emphasis has been focused on invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness,and harmonizing emotions.It is necessary to soothe the liver and drain gallbladder,and to harmonize emotions.In addition,seeking for better treatment,it is essential to make good use of worm Chinese medicine for reducing toxic substance,removing accumulation and dissipating binds.The general principle is known as“ascertaining the disease factor and prescribing appropriate treatment”.The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine could achieve the better treatment efficiency and reduce toxin substance.Thereby,the method of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is proposed to relief the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve their life quality,prolong their survival length,and to achieve a state of“maintaining survival with tumor”.
