摘 要: | 随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗市场的竞争愈加激烈,现有的公立医院面临着前所未有的挑战,树立科学的营销理念,有针对性的开展服务营销,对提高公立医院的竞争力有重要意义。本文通过对公立医院服务营销的现状进行分析,探讨了服务营销工作中存在的主要问题,旨在制定公立医院服务营销的相关对策。

Abstract: | With Chinese medical health system reforming,the medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,public hospital is facing challenges,establish scientific marketing ideas,conduct the service marketing,improve the development of public hospital meaningful.This article analysis on the status through to public hospital service marketing,discusses the main problems,aiming to formulate the relevant countermeasures. |
