| 摘 要： | 目的]研究中药虎兰饮合水律丸对晚期肝硬化腹水的治疗作用。方法]选住院85例肝硬化腹水病例,随机分为治疗组48例,西药对照组37例。治疗组根据病人不同的临床特点进行辨证论治用虎兰饮方加减,同时用水律丸口服,对照组常规用螺内酯片、速尿片、双氢克尿塞或利尿合剂等治疗,观察治疗前后腹水变化情况(B超检测),腹围变化,生化检测,TBili,ALT,24h尿量,生活质量变化(腹胀、饮食)等情况。结果]经4周的治疗,治疗组显效33例,总有效率93.75%。对照组显效18例,总有效率75.68%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]虎兰饮合水律丸治疗肝硬化腹水有较好的疗效,其主要作用是扶正祛邪,较快消除腹水,减轻病人的痛苦,且其作用稳定,复发率小,有较好的治疗效果。
