| 摘 要： | 慢性肾衰竭为本虚标实之证。病机主要为脾肾两虚、湿浊内蕴。“湿浊”既是病理产物又是致病因素，贯穿疾病的始终。从其病因病机、辨证治疗的思路方面论述慢性肾脏病与湿浊的关系，并从湿论治。

| Abstract: | The syndrome of chronic renal failure is deficiency with pseudo excess. The main pathogenesis of CRF is spleen and kidney deficiency, generate dampness turbid. Dampness throughout the disease is both the treatment factor and the pathological product. We discuss the relationship between CRF and dampness turbid from the aspects of etiology, incidence, pathogcnesis, diagnosis, treatment, and treat as dampness. |
