| 摘 要： | 运气学说,是古人研究气候变化及其与人体健康和疾病关系的学说,对人们的日常生活、中医疾病诊断与治疗乃至养生保健,都有着积极意义和重要影响1]。辛卯年(2011年)乃阳明燥金司天2],"阳明司天之政,气化运行后天",本年水运不及,气候多不与相应季节同时而来,至而未至。文章根据辛卯年的运气变化,结合慢性乙型肝炎的发病特点,探讨辛卯年慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的中医诊治规律,以期为本年慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的中医药诊治及养生调护提供参考。
