初诊2型糖尿病发病与出生日期运气学信息相关性研究

目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病发病与出生日期五运六气信息的相关性。方法:采集238例初诊2型糖尿病患者出生日期运气学信息与317名正常人群进行比较。结果:可能引起2型糖尿病患病率增加的运气分别是:司天厥阴风木、阳明燥金、太阳寒水;客气少阳相火;中运木运不及、火运太过、金运太过;主气少阳相火、太阳寒水;在泉少阴君火、太阴湿土、少阳相火(P0.05)。可能引起2型糖尿病患病率减少的运气分别是:司天太阴湿土、少阳相火;客气少阴君火、太阴湿土;中运火运不及、土运太过;主气少阴君火、阳明燥金、厥阴风木;在泉厥阴风木、太阳寒水(P0.05)。而对2型糖尿病患病无明显影响的运气是:司天少阴君火;客气厥阴风木、阳明燥金、太阳寒水;中运木运太过、土运不及、金运不及、水运太过、水运不及;主气太阴湿土;在泉阳明燥金。结论:从运气学信息分析,糖尿病患者较正常人群禀赋阳气不足。糖尿病发病与出生日期运气学信息有一定的相关性。

Correlative study of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and birth date information

Objective: To research the relationship of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and birth date information of five circuits and six qi.Methods: 238 newly diagnosis T2DM cases and 317 normal persons’ birth date five circuits and six qi information were collected and compared by statistics in the ways of controlling heaven,terrestrial effect,circuit of year,dominant qi and guest qi to find the relationship between these information.Result: Five circuits and six qi information that may cause the rate of T2DM rise were followed as controlling heaven including Jueyin wind-wood,Yangming dry metal,Tauyang cold water;guest qi including Shaoyang ministerial fire;circuit of year including wood circuit inferior,fire circuit extreme,metal circuit extreme;dominant qi including Shaoyang ministerial fire,Taiyang cold water;terrestrial effect including Shaoyin monarch fire,Taiyin wet soil and Shaoyang ministerial fire(P<0.05).Five circuits and six qi information that may cause the rate of T2DM low were followed as controlling heaven including Taiyin wet soil and Shaoyang ministerial fire;guest qi including Shaoyin monarch fire and Taiyin wet soil;circuit of year including fire circuit inferior and earth circuit extreme;dominant qi including Shaoyin monarch fire,Yangming dry metal and Jueyin wind-wood;terrestrial effect including Jueyin wind-wood and Taiyang cold water(P<0.05).Five circuits and six qi information that not significantly influence the rate of T2DM were followed as controlling heaven including Shaoyin monarch fire;guest qi including Jueyin wind-wood,Yangming dry metal and Taiyang cold water;circuit of year including wood circuit extreme,earth circuit inferior,metal circuit inferior,water circuit extreme and water circuit inferior;dominant qi Taiyin wet soil;terrestrial effect Yangming dry metal.Conclusions: From the five circuits and six qi point of view,Yang deficiency was found in T2DM patients compared with normal persons.Diabetes and birth date information may have some correlation.
