慢性肾衰竭中医治疗思路和方法探讨

慢性肾衰竭(CRF)是指各种慢性肾脏病进行性进展,引起肾单位和肾功能不可逆地丧失,导致以代谢产物和毒物潴留、水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱以及内分泌失调为特征的临床综合征,常常进展为终末期肾衰竭。其患病率和病死率高。如何对CRF进行早期防治,延缓CRF的病情进展,降低尿毒症的发病率,已成为各国十分关注的一个问题。中医药治疗本病具有一定的优势。文章结合我科临床经验,阐述中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的思路与方法,突出中医特色,提倡中西结合治疗,提高慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。

Investigating the idea and method of Chinese medicine treatment in chronic renal failure
