| 摘 要： | 采用中药化瘀通络汤配合西药抗凝、溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)47例49条肢体,并与单纯用抗凝、溶栓治疗的56例58条肢体作对照.结果两组总有效率分别为97.8%和83.9%,P＜0.05.中医化瘀通络配合抗凝、溶栓治疗DVT优于单纯抗凝、溶栓.

| Abstract: | Blood-stasis melting therapy with anticoagulation and trombolysis was employed to treat thrombosis in the deep veins of 49 lower limbs in 47 cases,while mere anticoagulation and thrombolysis were used to treat another thrombosis in 58 legs in 56 cases as control.Results showed that the total effective rates were 978% and 839% respectively,with a striking difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the former therapy was more effective against thrombosis. |
