| 摘 要： | 目的探究益肾凉血抗敏汤治疗儿童IgA肾病疗效。方法观察54例儿童IgA肾病治疗前和治疗后临床症状、尿常规、血生化、免疫学变化,以及疗效评定。疗程4周。结果益肾凉血抗敏汤治疗儿童IgA肾病能使临床症状减轻或消除,尿蛋白和血尿减少或消失,提高血浆白蛋白,总有效率达90.74%。结论儿童IgA肾病肾虚为本,邪实为标。益肾祛邪、标本兼顾是治疗取效关键。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Yishen Liangxue Kangmin Decoction" in treating childhood IgA nephropathy, 54 children were treated with this Decoction. The clinical symptoms, urine routine, blood biochemistry and immune function were observed. Results: The clinical symptoms improved; urine protein and blood were relieved; plasma albumin increased; and the total effective rate was 90.74%. |
