| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）在子宫内膜异位症（EMT）发病中的作用以及异位宁对其基因表达的影响。方法：采用自体子宫组织块移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型。应用免疫组化及原位杂交的方法,检测异位子宫内膜中COX-2的表达。结果：模型组EMT大鼠异位内膜中COX-2基因表达增高明显,与正常对照组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;中药高剂量组COX-2基因表达明显减弱,与模型组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）。结论：中药异位宁具有抑制COX-2阳性表达,从而抑制异位内膜组织新生血管形成,达到治疗EMT的作用。
