| 摘 要： | 介绍李俊彪教授辨治慢性前列腺炎经验。李教授认为湿热、气滞血瘀和肾虚是本病病机关键，可分肝经湿热、下焦湿热、湿热瘀阻、肝气郁结和肾元亏虚5型进行辨治，同时还强调心理调治以增加疗效，减少复发。

| Abstract: | Prof.LI's experience on syndrome differentiation and
treatment of chronic prostatitis is introduced. He considered that
pathogenic damp - heat, qi - stagnation, blood - stasis and deficien-
cy of kidney are the key of its pathogenesis. The disease was distin-
guished as 5 types i. e., damp - heat in the liver meridian, damp -
heat in the lower - jiao, stagnation of damp - heat and blood, stag-
nation of liver - qi and stagnation of kidney - yin, and treated ac-
cordingly. He also emphasized the psychological treatment to in-
crease the curative effect and reduce its recurrence. |
