悬钟阳陵泉超声波治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察悬钟、阳陵泉穴位阿是超声波治疗联合抗炎脱水药物治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为2组各60例。观察组予悬钟、阳陵泉穴位阿是超声波治疗仪治疗,同时配合抗炎脱水治疗;对照组仅予抗炎脱水治疗。评价2组治疗前、后腰腿疼痛程度,比较2组临床疗效。结果：2组组内比较,治疗2天分别与治疗前比较,治疗4天分别与治疗2天比较,目测类比评分法（VAS）评分均下降,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗7天分别与治疗4天比较,治疗14天分别与治疗7天比较,对照组VAS评分均无明显下降,差异均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）,观察组VAS评分仍持续下降,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。2组治疗7天、治疗14天VAS评分均下降明显,差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）。2组显效率、总有效率分别比较,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：悬钟、阳陵泉穴位阿是超声波治疗联合抗炎脱水治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症,可使患者腰腿痛迅速缓解,功能显著改善,效果优于单纯抗炎脱水治疗。

Therapeutic Effect of Ultrasonic Treatment on Acupoints Xuanzhong and Yanglingquan for Acute Lumbar Disc Protrusion

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic treatment on acupoints Xuanzhong and Yanglingquan for acute lumbar disc protrusion（ALDP）.Methods：One hundred and twenty acute lumbar disc protrusion patients were equally randomized into two groups.The experiment group was given ultrasonic treatment on acupoints Xuanzhong and Yanglingquan on the basis of anti-inflammatory and dehydration treatment.The control group was given anti-inflammatory and dehydration treatment alone.The pain in the waist and legs of the two groups was assessed with Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）score before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results：The VAS score was decreased 2,4 days after treatment（P 0.05 compared with that before treatment）.The intra-group difference of VAS score was insignificant between day 4 and day 7 after treatment,and was also insignificant between day 7 and day 14 in the control group（P 0.05）,but was significant in the experiment group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The intra-group difference of VAS score was significant 7,14 days after treatment（P 0.01）.The excellent rate and the total effective rate in the experiment group differed from those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasonic treatment on acupoints Xuanzhong and Yanglingquan combined with anti-inflammatory and dehydration treatment is effective for the treatment of acute lumbar disc protrusion by relieving the pain in the waist and legs and by improving the function.Its effect is superior to that of anti-inflammatory and dehydration treatment alone.
