隔附子饼灸关元治疗产后身痛临床研究

目的:观察隔附子饼灸关元治疗产后身痛的临床疗效。方法:筛选纳入符合标准的产后身痛患者,共66例。根据计算机随机分配信封取号法将患者分为2组各33例。对照组采用口服黄芪桂枝五物汤颗粒剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用隔附子饼灸关元治疗。比较2组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和中医证候评分,观察隔附子饼灸关元治疗产后身痛的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分及中医证候评分均有不同程度降低(P<0.01);2组间比较,VAS评分及中医证候评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组均低于对照组;2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:隔附子饼灸关元能加强中药对产后身痛患者临床症状的改善作用。

Clinical Study on Moxibustion on Fuzi Cake at Guanyuan Point for Postpartum Body Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on Fuzi cake at Guanyuan point(CV4)for postpartum body pain.Methods:A total of 66 cases of patients with postpartum body pain who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups according to the envelope method,33 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of granules of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu tang,and the observation group was additionally treated with moxibustion on Fuzi cake at Guanyuan point based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were compared.The clinical effect of moxibustion on Fuzi cake at Guanyuan point for postpartum body pain was observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of VAS and Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were decreased to varying degrees(P<0.01);the comparisons ofthe scores of VAS and Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups showed significance in differences(P<0.05);the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The comparison of the clinical effect betweenthe two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05),and the one in the observation group was better than that inthe control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Moxibustion on Fuzi cake at Guanyuan point for patients with postpartum body paincan enhance the improvement effect of Chinese medicine on clinical symptoms.
