| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大肠癌围手术期中医证候分布及动态变化规律。方法：收集95例大肠癌患者的中医证候信息进行样品聚类统计分析。结果：术前以实证为主，术后以虚证频数逐渐增多，湿热蕴结、气血瘀滞等实证多逐渐演变为气血两虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚等虚证。结论：大肠癌的围手术期中医证候术前以实证为主，术后以虚证多见，动态变化特点呈现由实至虚。
