| 摘 要： | 目的：观察眼三针为主治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法：以针刺眼三针（睛明、承泣、上明）为主，配合穴位注射，治疗视神经萎缩74例（117眼）。结果：显效24眼（20．5％），进步68眼（58．1％），无效25眼（21．4％），总有效率78．6％；观察表明，疗效与病程有关（P＜0．005）、疗效与疗程有关（P＜0．05）。结论：眼三针为主治疗视神经萎缩疗效肯定，其机理与疏通目络气血、宣通目窍有关。

| Abstract: | ve: To observe the curative effect of needling eye three acupoints for optic atrophy (OA) and the influential fac-tors. Methods: Mainly deep needling eye three acupoints: Jingming (BL 1), Chengqi (ST 1) and Shangming and associated with acupoint injection for 74 cases (117 eyes) of OA. Results: 24 eyes (20. 5% ) were markedly effective, 68 eyes (58. 1% ) improved, 25 eyes (21. 4% ) ineffective, the total effective rate being 78. 6%. The cu-rative effect was related with the course of disease ( P < 0. 005) and course of treatment ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of OA mainly by needling eye three acupoints is affirmative, and its mechanism is related with improvement of blood circulation of the eye and optic nerve, activation of qi and blood of eye collaterals and opening of the eye orifice. |
