| 摘 要： | 目的：观察利湿活血通络汤灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将88例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各44例，治疗姐采用利湿活血通络汤灌肠治疗，对照组采用前列安栓纳肛治疗。观察临床疗效与临床症状积分。结果：临床疗效总有效率治疗组为84．09％，对照组为68．18％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组临床症状积分均较治疗前明显改善，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后2组临床症状积分比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用利湿活血通络汤灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎简便易行，无明显不良反应，有临床推广价值。
