| 摘 要： | 尿毒症心肌病以浊毒、瘀血、气虚为基本病因，泄浊排毒、活血祛瘀、补肾益心为主要治则，在辨证治疗的基础上，结合现代中药药理研究成果组方用药，体现出中西医结合治疗本病的优势。

| Abstract: | The basic etiology of uremic myocardosis (UM)is qi - deficiency, blood - stasis and turbidness - toxin. The chief therapeutical principle is to eliminate turbidness - toxin, activate blood circulation, remove blood - stasis, tonify the kidney and benefit the heart, and based on the syndrome differentiation of TCM and associated with modern pharmacology of Chinese medicine to compose the formula for the treatment. It reflects the superiority of TCM combined with western medicine(WM) for difficult and complicated disease. |
