金粉蕨属植物化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:了解金粉蕨属植物化学成分及药理作用的研究状况。通过对近年来金粉蕨属植物研究的文献分析,对该属植物的化学与药理进行分类整理。目前,从金粉蕨属植物中分离得到近30多个化学成分,包括黄酮、倍半萜和酚类等结构类型;药理作用研究表明,栗柄金粉蕨和野鸡尾金粉蕨提取物具有解毒、解痉作用;金粉蕨素和瓦利希毒苷在保护保护血管内皮细胞、抗癌、抗氧化等方面显示了较好的活性。该属一些植物提取物及其化合物在保护血管内皮细胞、抗癌、抗氧化、解毒、解痉等方面显示了较好的活性。开展金粉蕨属植物的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分有重要的意义。

Abstract:To investigate literature in the world on the chemical and pharmacological studies on the genus Onychium. To review the progress on chemical and pharmacological studies through the analysis of literature on plants of the genus Onychium. Up to now, more than 30 chemical components were isolated from Onychium plants including flavonoids, triterpenes, diterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and so on. Some compounds exhibited protection of vascular endothelial cells (VECs), antitumor, antioxidant and antivirus activities. Studies on the plant would have important significance to the finding of new bioactive compounds.
