摘    要:目的:优选当归芍药散的提取工艺.方法:以芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、阿魏酸、23-乙酰泽泻醇B为评定指标,用多指标综合评分法进行数据处理,选取提取时间、提取次数、乙醇体积分数及乙醇用量为考察因素,采用正交试验优化提取条件.结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量75%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5h.结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理,有效成分提取率高.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize extraction conditions of Danggui Shaoyao powder. Method:With the content of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid and 23-acetate alisol B as indexes,test data was handled by multiple-index comprehensive scoring method,orthogonal test was adopted in optimizing extraction technology with extraction time,extraction times,the concentration of ethanol and ethanol volume as factors. Result:Optimized extraction technology was:extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 75% ethanol,1.5 h per time. Conclusion:This optimized extraction technology was rational and stable with high yield of active components.
