精制抗放射性肺炎方的等效性研究

摘    要:目的:观察抗放射性肺炎方(anti-radiation pneumonia decoction,ARPD)水提醇沉精制液和水煎剂治疗放射性肺损伤的等效性.方法:采用水提醇沉法初步精制ARPD水煎剂.将60只大鼠随机分为模型组、水煎剂组、精制液组和正常对照组.前3组均行直线加速器6MVX射线17Gy全胸单次照射.照射后每日分别给予ig生理盐水、ARPD水煎剂和精制液各35 g·kg-1,1次/d,每次10 mL·kg-1.各组大鼠分别于照射后第7,15,30,45,60天观察和取材,检测肺组织和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量.结果:①模型组大鼠肺组织病理检查发现炎症改变及胶原增生,肺组织和血清SOD活力下降,而MDA和HYP升高,与同期对照组比有显著差异(P<0.01);②ARPD水煎剂组、精制液组两组肺组织病理检查炎症改变及胶原增生明显轻于同期模型组,两中药间无明显差异;③SOD活力下降,MDA和HYP升高,模型组甚于水煎剂组和精制液组(P<0.01),两中药制剂间无显著差异.结论:①早期应用ARPD可以明显减轻肺的放射性炎症反应,降低肺纤维化的程度;②ARPD精制液和水煎剂的抗放射性肺损伤疗效相当;③水提醇沉法是ARPD纯化精制的可行的工艺方法.
