| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定中药药对石膏-知母中新芒果苷的方法,探索不同配伍比例中该成分的变化规律。方法:用HPLC法测定新芒果苷含量,色谱条件Waters C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%醋酸水(15∶85)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为258.0 nm。结果:中药药对石膏-知母在配伍时,新芒果苷含量变化规律随配伍比例增加其含量先增大后减小,在3∶1时含量最大。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于中药药对石膏-知母中新芒果苷测定,并印证了"中医不传之秘在于剂量"之说,为进一步研究指明了方向。
