冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠脉病变及中医证候学特点

目的研究冠心病合并糖尿病患者的冠脉病变及其中医证候学特点。方法用流行病学方法收集冠心病糖尿病患者,并与冠心病非糖尿病组比较临床的基本情况、冠脉病变特点、中医证候学特点。结果冠心病合并糖尿病组中,高血压和血管重建病史与冠心病非糖尿病组有显著性差异(P<0.05);回旋支、右冠脉、多支病变显著高于冠心病非糖尿病组。患者舌体黯红、舌苔少津、舌下络脉怒张、脉细弱组明显高于冠心病非糖尿病组,血瘀证、阴虚证明显高于冠心病非糖尿病组。结论冠心病合并糖尿病的冠脉病变和中医证候有自己独特的特点。

Study on Characters of TCM Syndrome and Pathological Changes of Coronary Artery in patients of Coronary Artery Disease Combined with Diabetes

Objective To study characters of TCM syndrome and pathological changes of coronary artery in patients of coronary artery disease combined with diabetes(CAD-DIA).Method By epidemiological way,patients with CAD-DIA were collected and compared with CAD without DIA,including clinical characters,characters of pathological changes of coronary artery,characters of syndrome.Result Compared with CAD without DIA group,history of hypertension and blood vessel rebuilt in CAD-DIA group had significant difference(P <0.05).Pathological changes of convolution branch,right coronary artery and poly-branch in CAD-DIA group were higher than that in CAD without DIA group.Dark red tongue,coated tongue of few saliva,subglossal vessel distention and thready weak pulses in CAD-DIA group were higher than that in CAD without DIA group.Syndrome of blood stasis and syndrome of Yin asthenia in CAD-DIA group were higher than that in CAD without DIA group.Conclusion Compared with CAD without DIA group,pathological changes of coronary artery and characters of TCM syndrome in CAD-DIA group are different.
