| 摘 要： | 目的建立黄龙止咳口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别麻黄、前胡、地龙;采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸（4∶96）,检测波长为207 nm。结果薄层色谱法可检出麻黄、前胡、地龙,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强。盐酸麻黄碱在0.1023～2.045μg范围内线性良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为103.05%,RSD=1.65%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于黄龙止咳口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Huanglong Cough Liquid.Methods Herba Ephedrae,Radix Peucedani and Pheretima were determined by TLC.The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphatic water（4∶96） and the detection wavelength of 207 nm.Results Herba Ephedrae,Radix Peucedani and Pheretima could be identified by TLC,the spots were clear with no interference.The quantitative method of ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 0.102 3-2.045 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery of Peoniflorin was 103.05%,and RSD was 1.65%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used effectively for the quality control of Huanglong Cough Liquid. |
