| 摘 要： | 目的：建立儿童咳糖浆的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别儿童咳糖浆中的前胡和甘草；采用高效液相色谱法测定该制剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果：薄层色谱法可检出前胡和甘草；高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量，线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为99．70％，RSD=1．87％。结论：所建立的质量标准简便易行，可用于儿童咳糖浆的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standard of Ertong Ke Tangjiang. Methods： The TLC was adopted to identify Peucedani Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The HPLC was adopted to determine the content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride. Results：Peueedani Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC. The content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was determined by HPLC, The results showed good linear relationship, the average recovery rate was 99.70 % and RSD value was 1.87 %. Conclusion：The established quality standard is convenient and feasible and can be used for the quality control of Ertong Ke Tangjiang. |
