| 摘 要： | 目的研究造血干细胞移植受者环孢素(CsA)的临床药动学。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法测定10例造血干细胞移植受者服用CsA后不同时间点的血药浓度,计算药动学参数。结果CsA呈一室模型。达峰时间tmax为(2.40±0.86)h,峰浓度ρmax为(882.78±509.15)μg·L-1,0～12 h药时曲线下面积AUC0-12 h为(7 234.56±2 595.33)μg·h·L-1。结论造血干细胞移植受者CsA参数个体差异大。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study clinical pharmacokinetics of ciclosporin in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients.METHODS The whole blood concentrations were measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) in 10 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients after an oral dose of ciclosporin.The clinical pharmacokinetic parameters of ciclosporin were calculated.RESULTS A linear one-compartment model was obtained.The pharmacokinetic paramet wers were as follows:tmax(2.40±0.86)h,ρmax(882.78±509.15)μg·L-1,AUC0-12h(7 234.56±2 595.33)μg·h·L-1.CONCLUSION There are signifcard individual difference of pharmacokinetic parameters in patients treated with cidosporin. |
