氟化钠缓释片的释放特性研究

摘    要: 目的 研究氟化钠缓释片的释放特性。方法 根据中国药典1995年版所载的溶出度测定法操作,并在不同pH介质及不同搅拌速度作释放度实验。按释放速率-介质pH-时间及释放速率-搅拌速度-时间建立三维释放特征图。结果 氟化钠缓释片在体外的释放与释放介质的pH无关,而与搅拌速度有一定关系。在水中的释放规律可用单指数模型,Weibull分布模型和Higuchi方程来拟合,且3种模型均具有较好的相关性。结论 氟化钠缓释片的释放度测定可用去离子水为释放介质,搅拌速度采用100 r·min-1。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the release property of sustained-release sodium fluoride tablet. METHODS According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1995),The dissolution was studied in different pH media and stirring rate.The three dimensional figures of releasing features in solubility-pH-time and solubility-stirring rate-time were drawn. RESULTS The pH of releasing media had no significant influnce but the stirring rate had some effect on the dissolution of sustined-release sodium fluoride tablet.The releasing law in water could be described by Single exponential model,Weibull distribution model or Higuchi equation. CONCLUSION The purified water as releasing medium at the stirring rate of 100 r·min-1could be used for testing dissolution of sustained-release sodium fluoride tablet.
