摘    要: 目的:研究磁性微球与单克隆抗体结合的条件,以构建具有良好性能的免疫磁性微球。方法:以同位素标记的单克隆抗体和微球的结合率为指标。用均匀设计法研究影响免疫磁性微球构建的因素。结果:pH值、抗体加入量和反应时间是影响免疫磁性微球构建的主要因素。结论:通过控制条件,可以构建具有良好性能的免疫微球。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the factors affecting the binding of monoclonal antibodies to made magnetic microspheres in order to construct an immunomagnetic microspheres that have good properties. METHODS: What determines the binding percent of monoclonal antibodies to make magnetic beads is studied by uniform design methods, isotope marked antibody's binding percent as the criteria. RESULTS: The main factors affecting the construction of an immunomagnetic microspheres included pH, the amount of antibodies added, reaction time. CONCLUSION: By selecting the antibodies binding conditions, immunomagnetic microspheres which have good properties can be easily constructed.
