盐酸噻吩诺啡乳酸羟乙酸共聚物微球的加速释放度实验研究

摘    要: 目的 建立盐酸噻吩诺啡微球的加速释放度实验方法方法 通过考察不同温度(37和55 ℃和释放介质中盐酸的浓度(0.000 01、0.000 1、0.01、0.1和0.5 mol·L-1对盐酸噻吩诺啡微球释药速度的影响,确定体外加速释放的条件,建立盐酸噻吩诺啡微球的体外加速释放方法。通过相关性评价建立加速与长期释放度数据的回归方程。结果 加速释放度与长期释放度数据之间具有良好的相关(r=0.977 2。结论 加速释放度实验可用于快速评价盐酸噻吩诺啡的释药特性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop the accelerated release test method of thienorphine hydrochloride PLGA micropheres. METHODS The accelerated release condition of thienorphine hydrochloride PLGA microspheres was established by examining the effects of temperature (37 ℃ and 55 ℃ and the concentration of hydrochloric acid in media release (0.000 01, 0.000 1, 0.01, 0.1 and 0.5 mol·L-1 on thienorphine hydrochloride released from microspheres. The regression equation was built by correlation evaluation of accelerated release data and long term release data. RESULTS Accelerated release rate correlated well with long release rate (r=0.977 2. CONCLUSION Accelerated release test could be applied to evaluate the drug release profile of thienorphine hydrochloride PLGA microspheres.
