| 摘 要： | 目的:选择小切口经皮插入钢板内固定技术(M IPPO),应用LCP钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折。方法:18例胫骨远端骨折,均采用LCP钢板治疗,随访7~18个月,平均随访10个月。结果:18例骨折均在6~12个月牢固连接,无内固定松动等症。结论:运用LCP钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折是一种有效的微创内固定方法。
