| 摘 要： | 目的:探求不同病程的消化性溃疡患者发病时间与纳甲法开穴经络的关系;方法:采用病案回顾性研究,查阅并整理广西中医学院第二附属医院病案室PU患者的病案资料,根据患者的病程进行分类,以PU患者的发病时间为对象进行子午流注纳甲法开穴经络对应分布处理后进行统计分布分析。结果:南宁地区总的PU患者发病时间的纳甲法开穴经络分布以膀胱经(11.1%)、肾经(11.2%)及心经(11.1%)为分布高峰。病程在5年以下的PU患者均出现以肾经(25.7%)为高峰、6～10年病程的PU患者以胃经(12.2%)为高峰、而病程大于10年的PU患者以脾经及肺经(11.7%)为高峰。结论:南宁地区PU患者发病时间与纳甲法开穴经络的分布特点是以膀胱经、肾经及心经为高峰,按不同病程统计后,病程在5年以下的PU患者均出现以肾经为高峰,6～10年病程的PU患者以胃经为高峰,而病程大于10年的PU患者以脾经及肺经为高峰,因此认为PU患者病程的差异性影响了发病时间对应纳甲法开穴经脉的分布。
