| 摘 要： | 临床上冠心病的患者常常伴有慢性肾脏病,而肾脏病患者亦往往合并高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病。冠心病与肾脏病的密切关系与中医的"心肾相关"理论不谋而合。文章以中医视角,运用"心肾相关"理论,阐述冠心病合并慢性肾脏病患者出现上述症状的生理机制、病理联系,并确立中医治疗大法。

| Abstract: | Clinically,patients with coronary heart disease are often associated with chronic kidney disease; while kidney disease patients are often complicated with hypertension,coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. Coronary heart disease and kidney disease have close relationship. In this paper,based on traditional Chinese medicine perspective,using the heart and kidney theory,coronary heart disease and chronic kidney disease were described by the physiological mechanism of the above symptoms,pathological relationship,and it established Chinese medicine treatment method. |
